The conformity of the materials to be used in contact with food is ascertained by preparing appropriate analytical plans in compliance with the legislative requirements in force (European laws, Italian laws, American laws, etc. depending on the reference market) for the main materials used by the sector (papers and cardboard, plastics, rubbers, silicon, wood, stainless steel, non-stainless steel, aluminum, other metal alloys, glass, ceramic, textile fibers, etc.). Pack Co. is able to carry out the appropriate tests with its own accredited laboratory or in partnership with other qualified institutes.

SHELF LIFE STUDY
Planning of analytical protocols aimed at monitoring the qualitative decay of a product in the selected food conditioning materials (comparative studies, Active Packaging solutions, Smart Packaging, Shelf Life dependent packaging).
Drafting of GMP manuals, implementation GMP in accordance with EC Regulation 2023/2006, setting up procedures and operating instructions, and risk analysis defined on company operations.
Second party audit at your suppliers of materials and objects intended to come into contact with food (FCM), possibly supported with personnel of the requesting company on the approach suggested by certification schemes that can be considered as reference (BRC/ IoP, UNI EN 15593, etc.).
